Doctor Who Cosplay - Why there by sley Doctor Who Cosplay - Why there by sley
I cannot remember landing up there! Dear Tardis, are you telling me I should do more sports? Something like.. climbing?

Taken and edited by ~FabulaNova in Cardiff Bay, in front of the Doctor Who Experience, Cardiff, Wales.

SO awesome! It was definitely not my last stay there! I will return!

How did you find the experience?

I really liked it!
It's a definite 'must-see' for a Doctor Who Fan!
It does cost 15 Pounds, which isn't actually cheap. It lasts about one hour if you don't rush through. In the beginning, they have a small 'tour', where you are able to see Daleks, Weeping Angels, may pilot the TARDIS and just have a lot of fun.
The Exhibition afterwards is just interesting, showcasing some figures, the old TARDIS set and the costumes of the older Doctors - where I also took some of the photos in costume! =)

The Shop afterwards is nice as well, though quite expensive.
The Experience is nice, but don't expect too much. You pass through the first part rather quickly - they could definitely have done more here. The Attraction overall is not really suited for young children, for there are flashing lights and loud noises which might scare them. When I was there the first time there also was a family with two small children and they were simply scared. Poor ones :(

I know i went there this summer, and was quite desapointed by it.
the little adventure at the begining was nice. but i found that rest was soarly lacking.

i wanted to get an other opinion ;)

I simply loved the exhibition in the end - was great to see all the props and the old costumes and especially the Tardis set!
The first part was just... too short. They could have done so much more and I would have loved to see them doing that. But unfortunately they didn't :/
But I don't regret having been there! =)

That is good :)
i do, i was sooooooooo desappointed. sigh
The space thez used for vast and seemed empty
I could not take picture directly with the consol.... and i know many who did. :(
the store was a huge desappointment. Forbidden planet ( a hobby store) has easily 4-5 times more merchandise then the Experience.

although, liek i said, the little adventure at the start was nice. i wished i could have stayed more in the room where there was so much props ans stuff ...lol

When i went to england, i took the Brits Movie tour for Doctor who. We visited during the course of three days, so many shooting places of the show, in London, around London and in Cardif. THAT was money well spent! :D

The store, most of all, was so expensive! That surprised me the most!
I have to admit that I bought a Screwdriver there nontheless :D (just couldn't resist!)

That makes me wonder, though.. we were allowed to stay in the room with the props as long as we wanted to.

I didn't take the movie tour, I just went to Cardiff Bay, the DW Experience and Southerndown Beach by myself :D
